Are you looking to train as a makeup artist? Well, you’re in the right place.

I have a wealth of knowledge about makeup, skincare and the makeup industry.

I have spent years perfecting my skills, I continuously add to them and I’ll never stop…makeup is forever evolving, trends are always changing and as a makeup artist it’s good to try and keep up. I’ve attended hundreds of wedding mornings, visited many a photoshoot studio and made up countless faces for special occasions and I’m ready to share my skills and knowledge with you.

Being a makeup artist isn’t just about applying makeup to someone’s face, it’s also about having an understanding of your client (such as skin types, tones) and having an understanding of the products you are applying (such as ingredient theory). There is a science behind makeup and it’s exciting to learn about, but once you’ve cracked it… it’s like riding a bike! You don’t forget it.

I spent 12 months putting together the ‘makeup manual’. I wanted to create a makeup manual that wasn’t just “do this, do that”, it’s pages of tried and tested products, makeup finishes and techniques that work, as well as things that I wish I was told when I started working as a makeup artist, but spent a long time figuring out.

During this course, I will show you how to apply a full face of makeup from the skin preparation to the finishing touches.
